From the viewpoint overlooking Silvi paese is the best of holiday comfort nestling between the green hills and the azure sea in the province of Teramo, Abruzzo region in the centre of the Adriatic Riviera, Italy; a region defined as the green heart of Europe. The area is easily reached and privileged because of the many beautiful excursions and trips that can be made. The picturesque town of Silvi Paese is perched on top of a hill facing the sea and overlooks the Europe Garden Village.

The vastness of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding countryside can be admired walking along the observation viewpoint. It is a small historical centre with a few thousand inhabitants, fortified by ramparts that were built to protect the inhabitants from attacks by Saracens. Below the Villaggio, approximately 2.5 kilometres is Silvi Marina, a recently built locality that was developed for tourist bathing purposes where it is possible to fulfil all holiday needs. It has a shopping centre not far away from the Villaggio. The beach of the holiday centre is located within the Terre del Cerrano Marine Park, just a few hundred metres from the Torre (Tower) of the same name.
